Toviqo Terms of Use
1. The service
Toviqo helps you create, import, review, and adjust personal schedules. AI suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing important times, deadlines, travel, health, work, and other commitments before relying on them.

Toviqo 帮助你创建、导入、检查和调整个人日程。AI 建议可能存在遗漏或错误；涉及重要时间、截止日期、出行、健康、工作等安排时，请在依赖前自行确认。
2. Accounts and content
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for content you submit. You may delete your account and associated cloud data from the app or at our account deletion page.

你应妥善保管账号凭证，并对自己提交的内容负责。你可以在 App 内或通过账号删除页面删除账号及相关云端数据。
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm others. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

不得滥用服务、干扰运行、上传违法内容、尝试未经授权的访问，或利用本服务伤害他人。为保护用户与服务安全，我们可在合理必要时限制访问。
4. Subscriptions
Toviqo may offer monthly, three-month, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The price shown by the App Store at purchase is the price that applies to you. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings and restore eligible purchases in Toviqo. Features and trials may vary by region.
4. 订阅
Toviqo 可能提供月度、三个月和年度自动续订会员。实际价格以购买时 App Store 展示为准。确认购买后将从 Apple ID 扣款；如未在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将自动续订。你可以在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅，也可以在 Toviqo 内恢复符合条件的购买。功能与试用可能因地区而异。
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Toviqo available, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops. If a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. For support, open Toviqo → Settings → Send Feedback.
